REMEMBRANCE IS SACRED,
SO ARE YOU

This section may feel like a lot. That’s intentional.
You need to read it, because you need to be fully aware of what you’re stepping into before we ever speak face to face — so that when we do connect, you already know the truth of what this experience demands.

This space demands truth.
It is intense. It is transformative.
It asks for your full, unfiltered presence. Nothing less.

YOU WILL WANT TO LEAVE —
THAT'S PART OF IT

On day two, your mind might scream that this was a mistake.
By day four, you may be crying harder than you have in years.
At some point, you’ll probably want to run. Lash out. Or disappear.

Perfect. This is the work.

This is your nervous system releasing what it has carried for years.
This is your truth finally having room to just be.

You are not here to perform healing.
You are here to live through it.

NO CONTACT

During this experience, you will not be in contact with friends,
family, or anyone you know outside of this space.
This is a profound act of respect.
It protects your space, your time, and your right to be fully here
without distraction.
It is easy to run back into the noise of the world when discomfort rises.
It is harder, and braver, to stay.

No messages, no updates, no reaching out — because this is your time to face yourself,
not to perform for anyone else.
You are not here to be reached, you are here to remember who you are.

SAFETY IS NOT THE SAME AS COMFORT

Emotions will rise. People will get triggered.
You might cry, scream, shut down, erupt, withdraw, laugh uncontrollably,
or say things you regret.

Every part of you is welcome here.

You, however, are responsible for your energy.
You are expected to come back to centre. To reflect.
To feel the cost of your impact.
To discern when and how to re-enter with truth and care.

SUBSTANCE USE & SOBRIETY

This space asks for your full, unfiltered presence.
No numbing. No escaping. No substances used to dull what’s coming up.
For the duration of the experience, substance use is not allowed — this includes alcohol, cannabis, or anything taken to avoid, suppress, or bypass your truth.
This isn’t about morality. It is about protection — of your process, of the group energy, and of the deep nervous system work we will be doing together.
We’re going into emotional territory that requires clarity, regulation, and truth.
Substances make that harder, not easier.
You will feel things. You will want to numb them. And you will be held through it — without needing to escape. This is how your nervous system learns safety.

Note: If you are taking prescribed medication, that is yours to navigate with your doctor. You do not need to come off anything to be here. But please, do not make major changes to your medication during the program. Stability matters.

NO REFUND POLICY

Commitment is everything. When you sign up, you are choosing to show up — for yourself and for the collective experience.
That means choosing discomfort, choosing responsibility and willingness to face yourself when it’s hard.

If I sense that substance use, persistent ego, or disregard for another’s process is compromising the integrity of the experience — for you or for the group — you will be asked to leave.
There will be no refund.

A formal contract will be sent to you to sign before your arrival, ensuring that every participant is clear on the responsibility and depth of the work.

You are not here to impress me.
You are not here to be saved by me.
You are here to meet yourself — fully and truthfully.

THAT is the medicine.
