My TRUTH

I’m not going to tell you my life story here.

Not because there isn’t one—but because I’ve learned that presence tells you more than paragraphs ever could.

What I will say is this: I’ve lived through the kind of pain that rearranges a woman’s insides.
The kind that makes you forget who you are and what you’re capable of.
The kind that keeps you surviving when you’re meant to be alive.

And I’ve come back from that.

Not with polished answers or a five-step formula, but with the raw truth of what it actually takes to find yourself again.

That’s what I’m bringing into this space — the truth.

I’ve walked through emotional fire, barefoot.
I know what it means to doubt your own reality, to silence your truth,
to carry more than your share simply to survive.
And I know what it means to finally stop.

Listen.
Watch.
Your body will know.

The YouTube videos will give you a sense of the energy I carry today.

The voice memos you’ll find here weren’t meant to be public.
They were for me — just to survive the moment, to tell the truth out loud when no one else was listening. I recorded them in moments of deep emotion, confusion, relative clarity, and surrender.
