PHILOSOPHY & READINESS

• How do I know if I’m ready for this?
There will be a video call prior to your commitment. Together, we'll establish whether you're ready for the depth of inner work this experience requires.

• Will there be therapy or coaching? Is this a spiritual retreat?
No. This is a return to truth. No ideology. No agenda. Just you.

• Will there be a schedule?
No schedule. You will discover your own rhythm.

BOUNDARIES & EXPECTATIONS

• Can I contact family/friends during the experience?
No. This is a space of full presence and emotional immersion. Full disconnection is part of the work.

• Can I bring my pet?
No. However beloved they are, their presence would be a distraction.

• What if I have allergies, medications, or special needs?
You’ll be asked to share this privately during your intake process.

• Are substances, or alcohol allowed?
A glass of wine or a casual drink might be present, but never in the context of avoidance or numbing. The work we will be doing requires a steady presence. Please note that this experience is too raw for anyone in recovery.

• Longterm Availability & Energy Boundaries?
The way we stay connected after The Remembrance will be something we create together. Each person’s life, rhythm, and needs are different, and I want to honour that. Rather than setting a fixed structure, we will tune in near the end of the experience to see what kind of support, communication, or space feels right for each of us. I trust my intuition—and yours—to guide what’s most nourishing and sustainable. Whatever form it takes, it will always respect everyone’s energy, boundaries, and capacity to rest and integrate.
