The WORK
It is work. Why sugarcoat it.
What follows is not a schedule or a promise.
It's a glimpse of what the weeks might hold. Every person’s experience will unfold in its own way, shaped by what they bring, what they meet, and what meets them.
WEEK 1
'Noticing'
The first week is about slowing down and landing.
Releasing urgency. Letting the nervous system exhale.
This is the week of deep listening—to the body, to silence, to the spaces within that have
long gone unheard.
You eat when you’re hungry. You sleep when you’re tired. You move as you feel.
And you begin to notice how deeply conditioned you’ve been to do otherwise.
We hold space for one another—but the focus remains inward.
WEEK 2
'Reclaiming Voice + Power'
The second week is about truth-telling.
Emotions begin to rise—rage, grief. Recognition.
You begin to speak what you’ve never spoken—not to solve, but to give space to all of you.
Movement becomes louder. Boundaries surface.
You practice using your voice in safe spaces, on your own terms.
Your outer expression may shift.
Old memories often resurface—not to be relived, but to be reclaimed.
There will be tears ...
There is always fire.
WEEK 3
'Embodying Who I Already Am'
The final week is about integration.
Not performing healing—but living it.
You are invited to step fully into your unique self-expression—through clothing, art, voice, rest, ritual, or silence.
No pressure. Only presence.
This is often the moment when you look in the mirror and finally recognize who you were always meant to be.
You remember.
